SHIPPING POLICY 

We are committed to deliver your order within 12-15 business days of the placement of order unless it happens to be a national holiday / weekend. Utmost care is being taken to ensure that the shoe is delivered to you in a perfect condition. We pack our Shoe in a butter paper that is rolled on each shoe to ensure the shine and quality. After the same it is packed in a jute bag before placing into a box that secures it fully.  Following are the charges that are billed for shipping - 

Shipping within India:

We charge a flat fee as per the shoe pairs across India

- Rs.140 per order (up to 3 pairs) 

- FREE Shipping above 3 pairs 

- For Bulk orders please email sales@naturekraftz.com

Please Note : 

- We make use of the one of the India's largest logistics companies for shipping, and we take all the efforts to ensure that the product reaches to you on time. However, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you and offer you an alternative solution to ensure the product reaches you.

- There can be a delay due to National Holidays, Festivals, Weather conditions etc. that are beyond our control and in that case we would keep you informed on your shipment status. 

- The order may be clubbed in one OR separate as per the products availability

Shipping outside India:

Considering the vast geography, we have clubbed the different countries in Zones to be able to offer you the fast and most economical shipment. The final shipping is calculated at the checkout. Please check the country list at the bottom to check our service areas. The Zones have been made to ensure both accurate rates and express service.
