EXCHANGE 

We use standard sizes suited to our global customers. We use standard US and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size The size charts are provided in global sizing options (US, EU, India & cms). The pure leather that is used in the shoe is highly flexible and has the natural tendency to expand when worn thus making a difference of almost 0.4 – 0.5 Size before taking the shape of your feet. So please make sure you measure your feet size well before placing the order. In any case the product fit or size does not suit, you are free to exchange the same within 10 days of you receiving the shoe. Please note, the customer pays for the shipping and we would process the exchange only after we receive the shoe in original condition.

Exchange Process

It will take at least 10 business days to process the Exchange. The warehouse inspector will inspect the returned merchandise sent back for a exchange and reserves the right to reject it in case the shoe is not in the same condition as sold. The exchange will only be processed if the product is unused and is in the same condition that the customer had received it. Under no circumstances, we will accept a worn shoe. The Exchange process steps are as under –

- Customer sends an email to exchange@naturekraftz.com with his Invoice No & Article No explaining the issue with the product 

- Our Central team will contact you 

- Customer ships the product to the central warehouse and after receiving the product , the Central team will carefully examine the product 

- Once the exchange has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. It may take additional 10-15 business days for the exchanged product to reach you.

Note – We will only process the Size Change of the same Model ordered by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note, incase you would like to cancel the order, please do so within 10 hrs of placing the same as the warehouse wills start processing the same after 10 hrs and then cancellation will not be possible.
